ABOUT HORSE FAVORS!
I am a former biology teacher of 10 years with
Cherokee County School system, Georgia.
As much as I enjoyed working with the 13 year olds, I
retired to spend more time with my beloved friends,
my animals. Because of my horse's horrific wound and
his recovery I became an authorized dealer/sales
representative for Aloe Advantage Products. As a
biologist I was so utterly amazed with the healing
progress that I solicited Aloe Advantage to become
a sales representative. I believe that every barn
should have on hand the 3 Step Matrix Wound Care
System by Aloe Advantage to address all levels of
wound care whether it is superficial or horrific! With
all livestock, horses and hounds.... it's not a
question of if they will need wound care but a
question of when! Outside of the Aloe Advantage
product line are products I have selected for their
ingredients, tested, value, continue to use and
therefore make them available to you.
I have chosen to interact directly with the horse enthusiasts like myself as a vendor/representative at scheduled clinics, trade shows, regional shows, and club functions of all disciplines. A sales tax of 7% will be applied to all merchandise shipped within the state of GA.
SHIPPING
We ship USPS Priority Mail. Horse Favors! only ships within the contiguous United States. Orders generally ship within 24 hours of receipt. Please allow 3 - 4 business days, depending upon your location, for standard delivery.
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase from Horse Favors!, We will happily exchange or refund 100% of the purchase price if the merchandise is returned within 30 days and the merchandise is returned in original condition and original packaging. A store credit ONLY will be issued if the merchandise is returned after 30 days and again only if the merchandise is returned in it's original condition and original packaging. Please again take note that all Horse Favors! merchandise MUST be returned within 30 days for exchange or refund. After that only a store credit will be considered; NO EXCEPTIONS. Please send an email informing us of the return with an explanation and a contact number. At that time you will be contacted to discuss further your return and what you can expect.
**When shipping a return we strongly advise that you insure the package and obtain a tracking number. We will not refund or exchange if we do not receive your package.
* Special orders may not be returned, exchanged, or credited.
* If in doubt, email before sending your return; this will prevent shipping fees being charged to you in the event your return is refused.
